GIACC-Germany is an independent not-for-profit organisation based in Oldenburg, Germany. It is an Affiliate of GIACC-International.
It was founded in 2014 by Carsten Ahrens, Horst Mehrtens and other leading industry professionals. In 2022, it was re-launched under the leadership of Carsten Ahrens as GIACC-DE e.V.

Objectives
GIACC-Germany aims to:
Increase awareness in Germany of the damage and risks of corruption through workshops, training and publications.
Encourage both public and private sector organisations, whether working in Germany or internationally, to adopt a strict anti-corruption policy, and put in place effective anti-corruption procedures in accordance with ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management Systems Standard.
Support the provision by German universities and technical colleges of an anti-corruption module as part of the syllabus, so that students enter the workplace with the knowledge and ability to avoid, prevent and deal with corruption.
