About GIACC-Germany
GIACC-Germany is an independent not-for-profit organisation based in Osnabrück, Germany. It is an Affiliate of GIACC-International.
It was founded in 2014 by Carsten Ahrens, Horst Mehrtens and other leading industry professionals.

Objectives
GIACC-Germany is a registered non-profit association, which according to its statutes wants to actively contribute to avoiding economic corruption in Germany.
GIACC-Germany aims to:
- Increase awareness in Germany of the damage and risks of corruption through workshops, training and publications.
- Encourage both public and private sector organisations, whether working in Germany or internationally, to adopt a strict anti-corruption policy, and put in place effective anti-corruption procedures in accordance with ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management Systems Standard.
