Enforcement
- The project owner takes appropriate enforcement action in the event that any actual corruption or breach of the ACMS is established. For example:
- disqualification from the tender process (if a contract has not been awarded)
- termination of contract (if a contract has been awarded)
- dismissal from employment
- claim for damages
- report to the investigating authorities
- written warning (for non-corrupt breach of ACMS).
