Reporting and investigation
- The procuring organisation should:
- Implement a system by which suspected corruption in relation to the procurement process can be reported. This system should:
- be widely publicised so that personnel, bidders, and, in the case of a public sector project, members of the public, are aware that it exists
- encourage reporting
- allow anonymous and confidential reporting
- make all reasonable efforts to ensure the confidentiality and safety of those who have reported.
- Investigate appropriately any suspected or actual corruption which is reported or identified.
- Implement a system by which suspected corruption in relation to the procurement process can be reported. This system should:
