Reporting and investigation

  • The project owner:
    • implements a system by which suspected corruption or breach of the ACMS in relation to the project can be reported by any personnel, bidders, or members of the public; anonymous and confidential reporting are permitted.
    • encourages personnel, bidders and members of the public to report
    • investigates and deals appropriately with any suspected or actual corruption or breach of the ACMS.
