Quantity/quality: Review photographic records

Obtain the photographic records of work progress in the possession of the RA, project engineer, BuildWell and/or relevant sub-contractors.

Can quantities or quality be ascertained from any of the photos?

Do the photos show dates?  If so, is the work done on that date as revealed by the photo consistent with the work claimed to have been done in work records, meeting minutes, or payment claims?
