Controls on construction personnel

  • Instil an ongoing culture of integrity in the construction management department.
  • Appoint appropriately senior, qualified, and experienced management who will have oversight over the construction of the project.
  • Vet construction management personnel to ensure their integrity and commitment to complying with the anti-corruption policy and ACMS.
  • Construction management personnel declare any potential or actual conflicts of interest in a register. Failure to do so is a disciplinary offence.
  • Personnel with a conflict of interest must not participate in any conflicted transaction.
