Controls on construction personnel
- Instil an ongoing culture of integrity in the construction management department.
- Appoint appropriately senior, qualified, and experienced management who will have oversight over the construction of the project.
- Vet construction management personnel to ensure their integrity and commitment to complying with the anti-corruption policy and ACMS.
- Construction management personnel declare any potential or actual conflicts of interest in a register. Failure to do so is a disciplinary offence.
- Personnel with a conflict of interest must not participate in any conflicted transaction.
