Module 6:  Preventing corruption in project construction

Enforcement

  • The project owner takes appropriate enforcement action in the event that any actual corruption or breach of the ACMS is established.  For example:
    • termination of contract
    • dismissal from employment
    • claim for damages
    • reporting to the investigating authorities
    • written warning (for non-corrupt breach of ACMS).
