Records
Prepare and retain appropriate site records.
These records should be prepared by the project owner’s personnel, and /or by the contractor, sub-contractors, suppliers and consultants (in which case copies should be provided promptly to, and checked by, the project owner).
These records should include e.g. contract document, drawings, specification, photographs, delivery notes, equipment and personnel time sheets, quality tests, quantity calculations, certificates, approvals, programmes, minutes of site meetings, contract variations, instructions, claims, invoices, payments.
