Appoint technical experts

Consider obtaining support from technical experts.

An engineer with experience of the relevant type of project could assess the tender and contract documents, and may be able to offer an expert opinion on whether:

• BuildWell was the best bidder to be awarded the contract, or whether the contract should have been awarded to another bidder
• whether Ice Cold’s product was specified, and, if it was, was it genuinely the only available option to suit the RA’s needs (and therefore whether it was justifiable to specify it as the required product).
