Controls over construction personnel

Instil an ongoing culture of integrity in the construction management department.
Appoint appropriately senior, qualified, and experienced management who will have oversight over the construction of the project.
Vet construction management personnel to ensure that they have integrity and a commitment to complying with the anti-corruption controls.
Require construction management personnel to declare any potential or actual conflicts of interest in a register. Make failure to do so a disciplinary offence.
Prevent construction management personnel with a conflict of interest from participating in any conflicted transaction. Make participating in a conflicted transaction a disciplinary offence.
