Module 10:  The benefits and requirements of ISO 37001

The organisation must comply with all ISO 37001 requirements

As summarised in the previous ten pages of requirements, ISO 37001 specifies various anti-bribery measures which the organisation must implement to assist it in preventing bribery, and in identifying and dealing with any bribery which does occur.

An organisation is only compliant with ISO 37001 if it has implemented all of the requirements.  It cannot pick and choose which of the requirements it will comply with.

However, these requirements should be implemented by the organisation in a reasonable and proportionate manner according to the type and size of the organisation, and the nature and extent of bribery risks it faces.  Therefore, the ABMS of a small organisation operating in one country will be much more simple than that of a large multi-national organisation.
