Quantity/quality: Review programme

Obtain BuildWell’s programme (which shows progress of the works).

Does the programme reveal any matters which are inconsistent with the quantity and quality records examined. 

E.g. that the programme records a section of the works as having been completed prior to delivery of the materials which were needed for that section (this could suggest fake material delivery records).
