Introduction

This free online training Module 1: “Understanding and avoiding corruption – Overview” is part of GIACC’s suite of online modules which are designed to increase understanding of corruption in the infrastructure sector, and so help to prevent and detect it.

This Module 1 explains the risks of involvement in corruption, the costs of corruption, the different types of corruption, liability for corruption, and how to avoid, record and report it.

This Module takes approximately 30 minutes to complete.  On the last page of this Module, you can download or print a certificate of completion, with your name and date of completion.  GIACC keeps no record of your identity in undertaking this Module, so this certificate is purely for your own or your organisation’s record.
