You are a newly appointed compliance officer for your company.  You are requested to review the company’s business policies and recommend improvements.  You note that the company has several sales managers working in various countries, and that these managers are on an incentive scheme under which a significant portion of their remuneration is based on the value of contracts which they manage to win for the company.
